My first experience with Theresa was great, we offered $5K over full listing price as we wanted the house very close to our grandchildren. However another buyer offered the listing price in cash and we thought it's over ! But Theresa asked us to hang in and wait for a while as "cash offers sometimes don't work out" Sure enough in a few weeks she reached back out to check status and BINGO ! the seller went with our original offer as we came pre-qualified. Theresa was our advocate as we made the decision to have our house built in Forest Ridge. She was always enthusiastic, professional and ready to communicate to Mike, the builder, our needs. Unfortunately, Mike did not have a site manager as the house was being built, and my husband, Dennis, had to oversee almost every aspect of the construction of the house, although they were reluctant to let him in. As a result, there are many issues in the construction of the house, including a leaking master bathroom shower, creaking wood floor boards throughout the house, etc. which were not done carefully. This, of course, is not Theresa's domain, but it should be communicated to the builder, nonetheless.

My Experience with Theresa was very professional and she always had our best interest at heart. She was very easy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I was dealing with a lot of different things with moving my mother from place to place while the house was listed. Then when she took a turn for the worst, Theresa allowed me that time to go through what I had to do through with no pressure, which helped me tremendously. Theresa Budich was very professional and easy to work with. She understood what we were looking for and was willing to work within our budget limits. Theresa's knowledge of the houses and market of the area were excellent. Because of work we could not attend open houses on weekends, but Theresa looked for houses and showed those to us during weekdays several at the time which was very helpful and limited our need to travel to region from where we were living at the time. She did not stop only to the houses but showed a bit of the region at the same time and always chose carefully which roads to take from one house to the next so we could get better feeling of where the house was. She clearly loves what she does and loves the region and that transfers to those with whom she is working with.
